The award-winning project was a joint effort between S1E, Cappagh Group of Companies, Thames Water, and Tom Sangster, combining expertise and resources to deliver a successful trenchless pipeline rehabilitation scheme. The project tackled a challenging pipe rehabilitation situation where traditional methods would have caused significant disruption.
S1E provided critical trenchless solutions that contributed to the overall success of the project, including the BRAWO® Magnavity LED lining system, which minimized customer disruption and promoted sustainability with its small footprint and no by-products. Cappagh also used Brawoliner with Brawo SRR resin, which avoids strong odours and chemical toxins, making it ideal when working near customer properties. Their long-standing partnership with Cappagh Group of Companies and Thames Water enabled them to deliver the project efficiently, while Tom Sangster’s technical expertise provided essential guidance.
This project was a prime example of how collaborative efforts can produce results that not only meet the technical requirements but also minimise environmental impact and disruption to the community.
