The Quick-Lock MINI is specially designed for the efficient trenchless repair of small-diameter pipelines, offering a permanent solution for sealing cracks, leaks, and joint displacements in pipes as small as 100mm in diameter. With the same reliable Quick-Lock technology, the MINI version is perfect for tight spaces and small-scale pipe rehabilitation projects, providing a durable, leak-proof seal without the need for excavation.
Based on the principle of compression and the materials 316L and EPDM, which have proven themselves over many years. The installation packer specially designed for the Quick-Lock MINI is equipped with an adjustable carriage. The system for rehabilitating rising mains for lateral connections, the Quick-Lock MINI for repairing damage in pipes sized DN 100 / 4”, DN 125 / 5”, and DN 150 / 6” with lengths of 145mm or 90mm for bends up to 45° in conjunction with the corresponding installation packers.
