Our Pipe Doctor Patch Repair Kits were the first no-dig patch repair system to gain WRc approval.
The Pipe Doctor Product range is available in kit form, bulk material and bespoke. Kits are available for repairs to straight pipes and for swept bends (the Radius system); offering everything needed for a single repair, without waste or mess on site.
Resin in the Pipe Doctor system is available in three formulations:Summer (S), Winter (W) and Rapid (R), for optimal working and cure times for the site conditions.

Everything needed for a single professional repair and WRc approved. For straight pipes available for 550mm & 1m length patches, in Summer or Winter resin formulations, from DN70-560, and larger on request.

For 600mm patch repairs to swept bends on pipes of DN100, DN150 & DN225 diameter,in Summer or Winter resin formulations. The Radius kit must be used with a specially designed radius packer to create a smooth finish on bends within the pipeline.

For straight pipes with Rapid resin formulation, for faster cure times on DN100, 150 & 225 pipes. Recommended for use to repairs within 15 metres of the manhole. The Rapid resin formulation has its own separate WRc approval.

S1E offer a one-day WRc-approved training course in our Pipe Doctor patch repair system to provide contractors confidence in this specialist technique.
The course offers the opportunity to install a patch in an offline environment and successful candidates receive a certificate and card to demonstrate their proficiency.
