Description
The IBAK T76 is a powerful, steerable camera tractor built to inspect sewer pipelines with diameters of DN150 (6 inches) and larger. Featuring a flexible folding connector for both the camera cable and the camera itself, the T76 is designed for easy, efficient entry into pipelines, as well as manholes with diameters of DN300 and DN400 and above.
Equipped with a versatile set of wheel options and an optional electronic height adjustment feature, the T76 allows for centered inspections in pipes up to DN700. For even larger pipelines, additional accessories are available to expand its capabilities. Its electronic stabilization function automatically aligns the tractor in the pipe invert if it shifts, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
The T76’s modular design includes a robust tractor base, camera base, positioning unit, and wheel assemblies that can be quickly reconfigured by the user. It also boasts zero-radius steering, continuous camera rotation, automatic tilt compensation, and a folding 2-axis rear connector for smooth maneuverability. Additionally, this is the first inspection crawler capable of integrating with the LISY Lateral Launch system, transforming it into a full mainline and lateral inspection solution.
Enhanced for job-site compatibility, the T76 includes a dual-frequency location transmitter (33 kHz and 512 Hz) for effective signal tracking. Accessories such as remote elevators keep the camera above the water line, and inclinometers measure pipeline slope. With patented side hooks for effortless lifting and lowering, the T76 sets a new standard for comprehensive sewer inspection systems.
