NANO® and NANO-L® Camera Head

Description

IBAK camera heads made of high-quality components for sewer inspection systems. Each camera is suitable for a range of sizes and applications.  Compatible IBAK components can be connected together to form a full working system.  In some cases, components are interchangeable, for the perfect fit for every job, due to the modular nature of IBAK systems.

The NANO® and NANO-L® are the most compact pan-and-rotate camera in the IBAK lineup, specially designed for versatile inspection in small-diameter and complex lateral pipelines. Measuring just 47mm in diameter, they are both ideal for inspecting DN80 to DN250 pipes and the NANO-L® excels in navigating DN100 lateral systems and lined laterals with ease.

Equipped with full 360° rotation and panning capabilities, the NANO® and NANO-L® provides a complete view in any direction. Its UPC (Upright Picture Control) ensures the image orientation remains upright, offering clear and accurate visuals in any position. The camera’s design allows it to pass through bends and maneuver around obstacles seamlessly, making it compatible with all IBAK push-rod systems, camera tractors, and the LISY lateral launch system.

For added functionality, both camera heads can be used with the 3D-GeoSense system (optional sensor required) to create 3D site maps, adding a new dimension to inspections. Its flexibility makes it especially suited for backward lateral launches, even in challenging configurations, and it shares many advanced features with the ORION® SD camera. Whether for small lateral launch or larger push-rod inspections, the NANO® and NANO-L® delivers unmatched power, flexibility, and control.
