The system is stocked and distributed in the UK by Brandenburger partner S1E, who recently became the first-ever distributor of these Brandenburger products. S1E Managing Director Glenn Cartledge stated, “The new WRc approval for this range provides proof to contractors and their end-user, asset management customers of the quality and consistency of this product.
“As with all WRc approvals, the range was thoroughly tested against rigorous criteria, including mechanical characteristics testing to BS EN ISO 11296-4,” he continued. Tests included those for appearance, mechanical characteristics and quality control.
The BB1.0 range was developed by Brandenburger for smaller diameter pipes and covers diameters from DN150 to DN300. The pre-impregnated liners are cured by the use of a UV light train travelling through the pipe after installation.
S1E stocks the full range, including the related glide foils and jeans. Next day delivery across mainland UK is offered as standard for these products, as it is for all of S1E’s stocked items.
