Pipe Core partners with S1E to introduce no-dig repair technology to Australia and New Zealand.
Pipe Core, a distributor for Australia and New Zealand for premium CIPP pipe relining equipment and consumables, has announced an exclusive partnership with UK-based S1E to bring a premium selection of pipe repair products, materials, and equipment to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
This new range includes the Pipe Doctor No-Dig Repair System, Packers, and Access Points, delivering innovative solutions for trenchless pipe repairs. Designed to enhance efficiency and durability, these products will support contractors in performing high-quality drain cleaning and relining work.
Pipe Doctor No-Dig Repair Systems & Packers
The Pipe Doctor No-Dig Repair System is the first no-dig patch repair system to receive WRc approval, setting the industry standard for localised pipe repairs. Designed for ease of use, it provides professional contractors with a permanent and watertight solution for damaged pipes in drainage and sewer systems.
To enhance efficiency and sustainability, S1E developed the Pipe Doctor range in kit form, ensuring everything needed for a single repair is included, without unnecessary waste or mess on-site. Each kit contains safety and setup materials, an installation manual, and a unique two-part pre-measured resin bag designed to guarantee the correct mix every time. The two parts are separated by a secure clip, which is removed when the installer is ready to mix and apply the repair. This ensures precise working times, reducing waste and improving installation efficiency.
"This bag is a real benefit for installers as it ensures the working time only begins when the two elements are actively mixed with the clip removed," said Scott Mcmurray, Managing Director at S1E.
Available in 550mm or 1m patch repair lengths, the original kit for straight pipes comes in Summer or Winter resin options, suited to different climate conditions.
To support installations, S1E offers a range of high-quality rubber packers in various sizes. These essential tools help position and hold the patch during curing, after which they can be deflated and reused for future repairs.
Pipe Core is committed to supporting contractors with both equipment and training, ensuring they can carry out repairs with confidence.
Access Points
Another game-changing solution from S1E is Access Points, designed for professional CCTV inspections, drain maintenance, and clearance where no manhole exists, or traditional entry points are unavailable.
These access tools create a secure, watertight entry point into DN70, DN100, and DN150 plastic, ductile, and cast-iron pipes, allowing quick and tidy access whenever needed.
With a 1-bar pressure rating and the ability to be removed and refitted, Access Points offer a neat, professional alternative to makeshift access solutions. Pre-assembled for direct insertion, installation is fast and efficient, requiring only a hole saw to create an entry point before securing the Access Point in place.
"Compared to a piece of broken pipe, reinforced sticky tape, or a coupling, the Access Point is a neat, tidy, and professional alternative," said McMurray.
Expanding Our Range to Support the Industry
"We are excited to be extending our range of tools and equipment to support professional contractors conducting drain cleaning and relining work," said Jason Marshall, CEO at Pipe Core. "Partnering with S1E allows us to provide industry-leading solutions that improve job efficiency and long-term repair integrity."
S1E, a recognized and a leading UK supplier of trenchless technology, is equally enthusiastic about the collaboration. “We’re thrilled to work with Pipe Core to expand access to our innovative repair systems,” said S1E Managing Director’s, Scott McMurray. “This partnership ensures that contractors in Australia and New Zealand can benefit from proven, high-performance solutions tailored for trenchless repairs.”
With this partnership, Pipe Core continues to reinforce its commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of the trenchless repair industry.
