Description
CIPP liners often shrink after curing in response to variations between cure and ambient temperature. The annular space between the liner and host pipe can allow ongoing infiltration, to prevent this, many installers utilise a liner end seal.
A mechanical liner end seal provides an easy to install, reliable infiltration abatement and liner end wear protection that can be replaced if needed. K-Prema Liner End Seals are available for pipes from 200mm to 1400mm in diameter. Once fitted, just like the equivalent K-Prema localised repair products, the K-Prema Liner End Seals will withstand an internal pressure of 20 bar.
The K-Prema Internal Pipe Seal System consisting of a large EPDM rubber sleeve and retaining clamping bands. Designed for the rehabilitation and repair of localised damage within man-entry pipelines, it has been manufactured to suit a range of sewage water, oil and air applications, the K-Prema range can be utilised on an array of pipe materials including concrete, steel, cast iron, PE, glass fibre and other materials.
The K-Prema system includes a range of liner end seals which can be easily removed in case of improper installation, damage or failure and provides protection to the edge of the liner.
