Description

Bridging positional deviations, the Quick-Lock FLEX can be used for positional deviations between pipe joints. The Quick-Lock Flex is engineered for the trenchless rehabilitation of pipes with bends and curves, providing a reliable and permanent fix for damage in pipelines. Designed with flexibility in mind, this innovative system adapts to changes in pipe direction while maintaining a strong, watertight seal. Whether you’re dealing with cracks, joint displacements, or infiltration in curved sewer or drainage systems, Quick-Lock Flex offers a fast and effective solution.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and featuring an EPDM rubber gasket, the Quick-Lock Flex ensures durability and long-lasting performance. Its trenchless installation method eliminates the need for costly excavation, minimising downtime and disruption.

The Quick-Lock FLEX has been designed for use with radial offsets up to 2.5cm and/or angular deviations of up to 10° . With the Quick-Lock FLEX, you can typically address and rehabilitate joint displacements or angular deviations from the pipe axis without any prep work needed. The FLEX sleeve is shipped with the seal already pre-assembled.

How it works:

  • The Quick-Lock FLEX works the same way as the proven Quick-Lock system.
  • Based on the principle of compression and the materials 316L and EPDM.
