VACANCY:Production Operative

We are looking to appoint a full-time Production Operative to join our company, working 39 hours a week:08.30 - 17.00 (Mon-Thurs) & 08.30 - 16.00 (Fri), however, flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role.  This role will involve working as part of the Production team ensuring customers receive quality products in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assembly, packing and despatch of all company products.
• Assist with Goods Inwards.
• To work with the Linings team on wet-outs and delivery of products.
• To work as part of a proactive team
• Provide supervisory cover as and when required.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar role.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Be enthusiastic and have experience of working independently and as part of a team.
• Be a supportive team player.
• This is a hands-on role; therefore, some lifting will be involved.
• Flexibility is essential as the role may involve irregular hours, working off-site.
• Would be desirable to hold a current Forklift Operators Licence; a Flexi-truck licence.

Other information:

• Working 39 hours per week - 08.30 – 17.00 (Mon-Thurs), 08.30 – 16.00 (Fri).
• 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays and 1 extra day for Birthday).
